RETURN OF GOODS

ELVADA offers the opportunity to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase if:

You have chosen the wrong size when purchasing;

The main condition for returning the product is that the product must be new (unworn) and with all original labels!

Return instructions:

1. Fill out the Return of Goods Act;

Make sure that all information is correct.

2. Pack the returned product securely so that it is not damaged during shipping:

Upon receipt of a damaged product, the seller is not obligated to refund the buyer for it;

Send the Return of Goods Act and a document certifying the purchase of the product together with the returned product.

3. Send the product to the specified address.
